- Custom Items or Pre-orders: If your order includes custom or pre-order items, the processing time may differ. Please refer to the individual product page for specific processing details.
Order Cancellation :

Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can mail your cancellation request to us at hello@naarbynk.com or you can call us on our customer support number, +91-9023667269 from Monday to Saturday. (10:00 am till 6:00 pm)

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over 3000 within india. The free shipping offer is subject to change based on promotions and location.

Tracking Your Order

Return Shipping
If you need to exchange an item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (such as a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Holiday Shipping & Special Hours

Store Credit or Cash back Value:
Once we receive your returned item in its original, unworn condition, we will issue store credit for the full value of the returned items. The store credit will be available for use on next 14days for purchases online afterwards it will be expire .
