Your satisfaction is our top priority at NaaR. While we hope you love your purchase, if for any reason you are not completely happy with it, we offer a store credit in place of a refund.
Store Credit / Wallet Cashback Process:
• Eligibility for Store Credit: Returns must be made within 24 hour of receiving your order.
• How to Return: Simply contact our customer support team at hello.naar@gmail.com to initiate the return process. You will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
• Store Credit or Cash back Value: Once we receive your returned item in its original, unworn condition, we will issue store credit for the full value of the returned items. The store credit will be available for use on next 14days for purchases online afterwards it will be expire .
• Condition of Returns: To be eligible for store credit, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Returns not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.
Please Note:
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Store credit will be issued as a code, which can be used for next 14days.
