Exchange Policy
At NaaR , we strive to ensure that every purchase is perfect. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or preferences shift. Please review our detailed cancellation and exchange policy below:
No returns or exchanges are available for damaged products. For defective products, an unboxing video of the exchange parcel is compulsory.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Domestic Orders Only:Â Exchanges are available only for products that are defective.
- Condition:Â Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags. Unboxing video is compulsory.
- Exclusions:Â Bags, home decor, and jewellery items are non-exchangeable unless defective. We do not accept exchange requests based on colour differences or fabric material variations.
Exchange Process
- Request Submission:Â Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at hello@naarbynk.com.Â
- Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.
- Direct Shipping (Optional):Â If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
- Reverse Pickup:Â Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
- Quality Inspection and Dispatch:Â After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 14Â days.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Prepaid and COD Orders:Â You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit in wallet .

NaaRÂ Cancellations:
- Reasons:Â We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
- Refunds:Â For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).
Credit Validity:
- Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 14Â days.
Return Policy :
Note: Return is only available for damaged products. And size exchange is available for domestic orders.Â
Refund Policy
- Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
