Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. Return Shipping
If you need to exchange an item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (such as a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
