Order Processing Time

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is to acknowledge that we have received your order.
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As our all products are handmade .During sales events or peak seasons, processing times may be extended by a few extra days. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.
• Custom Items or Pre-orders: If your order includes custom or pre-order items, the processing time may differ. Please refer to the individual product page for specific processing details.

Order Cancellation :

• Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can mail your cancellation request to us at hello@naarbynk.com or you can call us on our customer support number, +91-9023667269 from Monday to Saturday. (10:00 am till 6:00 pm)

Shipping Costs

•  Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. To calculate the shipping cost for your order, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout, where you’ll see an estimate of shipping charges.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over 3000 within india. The free shipping offer is subject to change based on promotions and location.
• Discounted Shipping Offers: Keep an eye on our website and social media for seasonal promotions and sales events, where discounted or free shipping may be available.

 Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Depending on the carrier, tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays & Issues

• Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Return Shipping

If you need to exchange an item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (such as a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

 Holiday Shipping & Special Hours

During peak holiday seasons, please expect possible delays due to high shipping volumes. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. Please refer to our website or subscribe to our newsletter for any holiday-specific shipping deadlines.

Store Credit or Cash back Value: 

Once we receive your returned item in its original, unworn condition, we will issue store credit for the full value of the returned items. The store credit will be available for use on next 14days for purchases online afterwards it will be expire .
